Retail Update 10.5.23

RETAIL UPDATE 10-5-2023:

Hello Big Horn Co-Op patrons and employees. I just wanted to drop you all a note and give you a few updates about our retail operations.

Big Horn Co-Op has a few new additions to our team to aid in customer satisfaction and overall improved performance for our patrons.

The additions are as follows:

Sam Rowley has come to us from Idaho to add some incredible retail and farm and ranch knowledge to our team in Powell. Sam is the new Location Manager and will add strength to our already incredible team. We are very excited to have Sam join us not only in the Powell location, but he will be a huge asset company wide as we work toward getting back to our roots in the farm and ranch communities. With his vast retail and ag experience, he will be a great asset as we continue to move our inventory mix more toward our agricultural customer base. Please join me in welcoming Sam not only to Big Horn Co-Op but to our beautiful state of Wyoming!

Jessica Butterfield has joined our newly developed feed specialist team. Jesse will be based out of our Worland Farm Store but will be traveling to all our retail facilities. Jesse has a vast background in livestock and is very knowledgeable in animal nutrition. Jesse focus will be on training our internal store staff on our variety of feeds, animal nutrition and assisting in making sure that the stores are carrying the right feed at the right time of year. Please welcome Jesse to the Big Horn Co-Op team!

As mentioned before, we are working very hard to get back to our roots and with the addition of Jesse and Sam, this will allow us to be the go-to farm and ranch supplier in the Big Horn Basin.
