General Manager Hire

The Board of Directors are pleased to announce their selection and appointment of Randy Carlholm as the next General Manager & Chief Executive Officer of Big Horn Cooperative. Randy has over 35 years of management experience in agriculture. The past 23 years have been in the Cooperative system. He has worked in various capacities from Area Manager, Regional Manager, Grain Division Manager, Feed Division Manager and served as the GM/CEO of 2 different cooperatives.

Randy and his wife Leslie have been married for over 35 years, have 2 adult sons and 8 grandchildren: 7 girls and 1 boy.
